The Collie Crew
I haven’t posted in quite some time… mainly because we haven’t had much to report. We are still looking for a home for Tony, and we have been getting some help from CAWS to try to find a home for him. We do need to find him a home, a good home, soon. He is such a great boy and he needs so much more love and attention than we can give him at this time in our pack life.
We are going to have a regular dog pack of four collies and two border collies, it seems. Sometimes dogs just fall into your lap and stick. We are going to be keeping Muffit, a Border Collie boy who was returned to us. We fostered him a couple of years ago for CAWS. He has had four homes now… ours is the fourth. And it is no fault of his own. He is sweet and loving and wonderful. Maybe he is just too cute, so people adopt him and then realize they can’t keep him. No matter, his changes stop here.
So Tony, who doesn’t fit as well with our pack, is still looking for a home. Or a foster home too!
