Collies and Cancer
Unfortunately, all dogs can be victim to cancer anymore, not only collies. All breeds.. I don’t know, I don’t think, there are certain breeds more prone than others.
We are pretty sure our blue smooth girl, Lucy, has cancer. She has spots on her lungs in the xrays they took today. She is going to have an ultrasound next week to see if they can find a tumor. It could only be a lung infection.. but she has had no coughing or sneezing.. so cancer is the most likely option.
We are devistated, of course. But we will go on. We will continue to do our best.
I will continue to do agility and flyball and obedience, and not worry myself about car insurance. Next Tuesday we will find out more about our options.
