I am so behind…
I am behind again. Go figure. 
I was doing agility all weekend with Levi, my smooth blue collie, and Chase, my mostly black border collie. It was so fun. And.. there were three collies running in agility! I love seeing collies in agility. There was my boy Levi. Then there was King, a smooth try from around here, and then there was Laddie, a rough sable boy who just started. And… he’s a rescue! He is six years old and he just barely started agility. So that is proof that you can start doing agility with an older dog, expecially a collie. And he really loves doing it!
It was a fun trial. I video taped a lot of the runs. I should put one of Levi up here so you can see my collie boy doing agility.
I was a bit nervous this weekend but not as much as I have been. It was the first time Chase has run a full trial in about.. oh… seven or eight months. I pulled him for some retraining and it has really paid off. And we didn’t even need any drug treatment to get through it!
So I’m catching up blogging and such and getting pictures and videos going.
