Warm or Cold?
Do your collies like the warm weather better or the cold weather? Ours love the cold weather. Angel will go out and stand in the cold for an hour.. and we worry about her and usually bring her in. She doesn’t like the rain, but she does like the snow.
Though when the temperatures drop to below 20 degrees, or even to the single digits, they start staying inside more. I don’t blame them, I don’t like it that cold either. There’s no growing wedding flowers or any other kind of flowers outside at this time of year.
So when it gets cold please make sure your dogs, collies or not, have a warm place to sleep and stay during the day, and fresh food and water at all times. The collies are a part of our families and need to stay inside with their families.
