Dogs on the Bed
Well I got a new bed a couple of days ago. New mattress, new frame, and I just love it! And I actually dug the feather bed (down comforter) out of storage and put it on, too. I usually don’t use it because I’m afraid of it getting chewed up.
Anyway, the dogs thought that was the bees knees, the new bed and the soft comfy feather bed. They all wanted to snuggle in. I had to invite Tony up, as he is the collie that doesn’t jump up on the furniture. Which is really nice. Most of our rescue collies tend to just jump up on the furniture and couches and things, most likely because our regular dogs do, too.
So the feather bed is put away during the day to keep it safe. And at night I can really enjoy it!
Breakfast was short today, I fed them kibble… which makes the mornings go faster. And I do throw in some nutritional supplements too, to keep them all healthy. After breakfast they all settle back down for a work day.
