Easy Going
Things are going very well at the Collie house. Bianca is really settling in. She is a complete doll and I am very surprised we have not received calls on her. She is mellow and sweet, great with other dogs, a great size, and a wonderful companion.
Tony is also a doll. He really needs someone to love him forever. I adore him. He loves toys and attention and just being with people. He likes other dogs, but would be just fine as an only dog with all the attention on him!
And good news.. Hudson is in his new home. I miss him very much. I have been getting updates and he is nervous and shy, but the family he is with has a lot of patience and they will give him all the time and love he needs to relax. Hudson breaks my heart whenever I think about him. Such a wonderful amazing boy, and he went through too much.
Hudson and Bianca both were from an animal ‘collector’. Someone who had too many dogs, more than she could take care of. She was busted, but the dogs she had were treated poorly, left to fend for themselves, and in horrible conditions. It amazes me that these dogs can come out of such a situation and be as amazingly wonderful as they are.
Tatum was lucky, she was from a more recent bust and had better care, but little or no human contact. If you want to read more about Tatum’s progress visit my other blog… because Tatum is our foster failure.. yup, we have adopted her ourselves. We can’t resist, she is the perfect dog for me. ![]()
Anyway, I will be out of town next week at flyball and agility competitions. Driving to Nevada. I don’t have a best radar detector, but I don’t really drive that fast! I just hope the weather is good.
