Hi Ladybug, Canidae is a great food. Our current foster is on Avoderm Baked (and some raw) she doesn't seem to like the dry much so we think she was on yucky grocery store food filled with flavorings and sugar.

I don't feed raw because I cannot afford it. But I do feed my 10 year old sable and white collie-girl Canidae Platinum for Senior and Overweight dogs with Chondroitin (sp) and Glucosamine. I switched her to this when I discovered that Nutro Natural Choice was one of the brands listed in the poison scare (even though it was for the wet, I switched). She has never done better! I will only feed Canidae to my animals from now on.

Hi Brenda. I have heard many people feed raw to puppies. I don't have any puppies right now so don't know much about it, but there are books and websites you can check out! I'd love to see pictures of your collies!

Yes I want to start feeding my collies raw feed but they are all under the age of one. I have a 10mo, 7mo and 5mo. I am concern regarding raw chicken bones? How much is feed per feeding? I guess i need either books or someone to help with it. Thanks, brenda
