Sammy
Sammy is a rough sable collie boy up for adoption. He is such a sweetie. He’ll talk to you, but he’ll be quiet if you insist. 
He loves to go for walks. He’s very mellow. He can easily sleep all day if you are at work, and he would also love to go for a daily walk. He is fully house trained.
He’s great with kids. He’s not too good with cats so needs to go to a non-cat home. He is a big boy and weighed in at 99 at the vet when we took him in for a microchip. And he’s not fat, he’s just big! But don’t let his size deter you. He’s every bit as loving as any other sized collie, small or big!
He may want to be top dog, but he is sweet and very able to settle into his place. Would you like to adopt Sam? If so, let us know! collierescue@utahdogs.com

Handsome Boy, Sammy - I hope you find a good home soon. I am a rescue dog myself, adopted two years ago, and I am very happy with my new family.

June 13th, 2007 at 8:42 amHi Very Vizsla. Wow thanks! Sammy could sure use a collar. He came with a metal choke and that came right off him for a buckle when he came to stay wit us. And Mac’s collar is kinda girly for a boy.
